Shipping Policy

We ship domestic only.  No international shipping available.  Please contact us directly at enter.d.magic@gmail.com regarding expedited shipping options.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Our policy is effective for 30 days from the date of a store purchase or an online order delivery. After this period, we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, and with its original packaging. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please avoid returning your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

 

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll send you an email confirming its arrival. You'll also be informed whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

 

We will NOT provide refunds for the following:

  • Any item returned beyond 30 days from the date of store purchase or delivery.

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, has been damaged, or is missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error.

  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds. We can only issue refunds for regular priced items.

 

Exchange Option (if applicable)

Refunds Delayed or Not Received (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, we suggest starting by rechecking your bank account. Following that, please reach out to your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially processed. Subsequently, contact your bank, as there is typically a processing period involved. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, kindly contact us at enterdmagic@gmail.com..

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping expenses will be deducted.

 

The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary based on your location.

 

For items valued at over $75, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please understand that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
